Can I drink Balance more than twice a day?

We generally recommend following the usage recommendation for each Unicity product.

Some days I only eat once. Should I still drink Balance twice a day?

You do not need to drink Balance twice a day if you only eat one meal.

Can I take more than one serving of Balance per meal?

We generally recommend that you follow the usage recommendation for each Unicity product.

I know that a change in diet affects my digestive system. Can it be that I get bloating or similar?

Increased intake of dietary fiber (Balance) may cause some people to experience gas or bloating. This is a normal reaction as your body gets used to the increased daily fiber intake. The discomfort should subside after 2-3 weeks. If you feel very uncomfortable, you should cut the portion of Balance you take before each meal in half for 3-7 days.

Can I change the recommended amount of water?

Balance thickens a lot. We recommend that you use at least the minimum recommended amount of water to avoid swallowing problems. If you find Balance too thick, feel free to add more water. Remember to drink Balance immediately after mixing. It should thicken in your stomach, not in your glass!

UNIMATE

Can I drink Unimate more than once a day?

Yes. Because of the caffeine and chlorogenic acid content in Unimate, we do not recommend drinking Unimate before bedtime, but additional servings throughout the day are fine.

Can Unimate make me nervous?

Most people see the biggest benefits of Unimate as giving them more energy, but not making them jittery. Please note that Unimate contains about as much caffeine as a cup of premium coffee, so please be careful if you are sensitive to caffeine.

Can I take more or less water than indicated? 

Of course, it's entirely up to you. If Unimate tastes too intense or bland for you with the recommended amount of Unimate water, feel free to use more or less water.

FASTING

What if I don't make the recommended 12-16 hour fast before the first meal of the day?

This will happen sometimes. Even if you don't get the full benefits of fasting that day, all is not lost. You will continue to reap the benefits if you continue to strive to reach the 16-hour fast days, and if you continue to use your Unimate to reach that goal. The trick is to not skip two days in a row!

Can I drink water or other beverages after dinner and before my first meal of the next day?

Water does not break the fast. However, if you are fasting, you should check if the drink contains carbohydrates before drinking it, because then there is a risk that it will affect insulin and break the fast.

Will taking medicine with water in the morning break my fast?

No. You may drink as much water as you want during the fast. Medications are virtually calorie-free, so your fast will not be broken.

When will I see results with Feel Great?

The results vary. However, we guarantee you will feel Feel Great within the first 30 days if you use the products daily and consistently.

Are these products addictive in any way?

The Feel Great products are not addictive in any way. You just take them as long as you want to enjoy the Feel Great feeling!

How long should I take these products?

That depends entirely on your goals. Feel Great is not a strict diet, fad diet, or difficult wellness challenge, but a workable, sustainable lifestyle.
